REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At this time we do not process refunds. Only if you have received a faulty product (and we will always endeavour to make sure this does not happen!) will we process a refund for you.
If you change your mind about a product or wish you'd gone for the other style you were lusting over (and if we had known that, we would have told you to buy both!) we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind. Return postage and redelivery fee will be at the customer's cost.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings.
